erra remembers every client your company works with. It sits in your meetings without a bot, writes the minutes, and joins them with your mail, chats and documents into one client memory the whole team can ask. Deep answers about any client, cited to the moment they were said, or an honest “I don't know.”

No bot joins the call. Recording runs from your own machine, only when you arm it, with a visible indicator and one-click stop. Zoom, Meet, Teams and in-person alike.

CITE

Ask a question, get an in-depth report. Every claim is cited back to the meeting, mail or document it came from. What can't be proven is dropped, and when evidence runs out, erra says it doesn't know.

One client, one record, however many colleagues handle them. Everyone works from the same history, people see only the clients they work with, and every answer is permission-checked before the AI reads a word.

LANG

Fluent in Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and English, including the meeting that mixes English in mid-sentence. Reports arrive in your language, whatever the meeting spoke.

Notes are the input. The output is analysis: in-depth, current, and grounded in every meeting, mail and document on file. When several people handle the same client, in whichever language each conversation happened, everyone works from the same record.

HEALTH

A client health check on demand: everything agreed, open and overdue across the whole relationship, compiled from months of meetings, mail and documents. Every line cited.

PREP

A one-page brief before each meeting: what was discussed last time, which promises are open, what's still unanswered. You walk in knowing more than your notes do.

DIGEST

A weekly digest per client, plus follow-up email drafts that arrive cited and ready. You press send, never erra.

How it works.

Before the meeting, erra preps a one-page brief: what was discussed last time, which promises are open, what's still unanswered.

You arm the recording. No bot joins, participants are notified and can opt out, and opting out actually blocks processing.

Minutes after the call, the transcript is ready: speaker-labelled, language-tagged, editable.

The digest writes itself: decisions, action items, promises, each line citing the moment in the transcript it came from.

Meetings file themselves into client workspaces; promises become tracked items with the evidence attached. Anything uncertain waits in a review queue for a human.

From then on, anyone on the team can ask the memory, and trust what it answers.

LINKS Connects to Zoom, Meet and Teams, your calendar, Gmail, Slack, Drive and plain file uploads. Reports export to Google Docs and clipboard, and erra never sends anything on its own.

The client memory is also context for the AI tools your team already uses.

READ

Your agents connect to erra and read the client memory with the same permissions as the person asking. Exactly what they may see, nothing more.

WRITE

They can file what they learn back in. A promise logged by an agent lands in the same review queue as everything else, and a human approves it before it becomes memory.

Where it runs.

Capture, transcription, storage and AI models run in EU regions end to end. Storage and search live in Google Cloud europe-north1, models on EU-regional endpoints only.

AUDIO

Audio is deleted after transcription: three days by default, and your admin can set anything from one to ninety. Deletion is verified and logged.

VOICE

No voiceprints, ever. Speakers are separated within a meeting only; nothing biometric is kept.

TRAIN

We never use your data to train models.

AUDIT

Every recording, export and deletion lands in an append-only audit log your admins can read.
